We limit personal data collected and processed the following information:

• Your name and email address
• Your country of residence

How we get the personal information and use it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you via the UCarbon application and is used to deliver UCarbon’s carbon footprint estimates and, on your instruction within the application, to share information on your carbon footprint. UCarbon will never share your personal information.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored in data servers managed by Google. Personal data is stored for the duration of your use of UCarbon.

Basis for holding personal information

Under the General Data Protection Regulation UCarbon holds your personal information on the basis of your consent.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access – all information provided by you is accessible via the UCarbon application. 
• Your right to correction – all information provided by you and held by UCarbon can be corrected via the UCarbon application.
• Your right to erasure – all information can be deleted via the settings area of the UCarbon application. 

You are not required to pay to exercise your rights. All management of personal data is free of charge in the UCarbon application.
